3XFF — Three-Axis Fractal Fields. A proprietary analytical and simulation framework for reading structural conditions in human systems before they surface as observable events.
Developed independently by Gottfried Schmidtke, 3XFF operates across scales — from individual actors through institutional and societal levels — producing structural disposition readings that conventional analytical tools are not designed to provide.
Formal position
“3XFF is not a variant of an existing paradigm. It occupies a distinct position: a field-geometry engine for structural disposition analysis, operating below the symptom layer that conventional tools address.”
What 3XFF does
Reads conditions before they become events
Conventional tools — polling, economic models, sentiment analysis — detect what has already become observable. 3XFF is designed to read the structural conditions that produce those observations before they surface as events.
Operates across scales
The framework produces consistent analytical readings from individual actors through group, institutional, and macro-societal levels within a single coherent architecture — not separate models stitched together.
Strategic and policy intelligence
3XFF is designed for decision-makers working at institutional, policy, or strategic scale — providing structural intelligence on populations, regions, or organizations ahead of observable conditions.
Published through Lighthouse
3XFF analysis is made available to the public through the Lighthouse newsletter on LinkedIn — applying the framework to current structural conditions in a format accessible to a general audience of decision-makers and strategists.
Published validation
50-state US structural disposition analysis — April 2026
The first published 3XFF validation exercise produced a structural disposition reading for all 50 US states, comparing 3XFF-derived outputs against independently measured indicators from the Gallup Well-Being Index, America’s Health Rankings, and CDC life expectancy data. Results demonstrated consistent structural alignment between 3XFF readings and authoritative external sources. Published in the Lighthouse newsletter, April 3, 2026.

For visitors who have arrived here through LinkedIn or the Lighthouse newsletter, this page serves as the formal reference point for 3XFF’s existence and authorship until its dedicated platform is established. The framework’s outputs are accessible through the Lighthouse publication without requiring knowledge of its internal architecture.
