1. About ZENZEN is a desktop application that operates inside Autodesk Revit.
ZEN is designed to automate BIM governance and project coordination workflows while operating primarily on data stored within Autodesk Revit projects and Autodesk Construction Cloud.

This information remains under the control of the customer. TIVERIT does not receive or store this information unless it is voluntarily provided during technical support.
4. CSV Governance FilesZEN stores governance information using customer-managed CSV files. These files remain under the customer's control and are not transmitted to TIVERIT.
5. Autodesk Construction CloudZEN communicates with Autodesk Construction Cloud only through Autodesk-supported APIs and authentication mechanisms. Authentication credentials are managed by Autodesk. TIVERIT does not collect or store Autodesk account passwords.
6. Technical SupportWhen requesting technical support, users may voluntarily provide log files, screenshots, Revit models, sample projects, and email correspondence. These materials are used solely for troubleshooting and customer support and are not shared with third parties unless authorized by the customer.
7. WebsiteThe TIVERIT website may collect standard website analytics, including browser type, operating system, referring pages, approximate geographic region, and visit duration. This information is used only to improve the website and understand visitor activity.
