TIVERIT LLC ("TIVERIT", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when using ZEN, our add-in for Autodesk Revit, our website, and related support services.
1. About ZEN
ZEN is a desktop application that operates inside Autodesk Revit.
ZEN is designed to automate BIM governance and project coordination workflows while operating primarily on data stored within Autodesk Revit projects and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
2. Information We Collect
ZEN does not intentionally collect personal information from users during normal operation.
ZEN does not require a TIVERIT account or registration.
ZEN does not transmit project information to TIVERIT servers.
ZEN does not send usage statistics or telemetry to TIVERIT.
3. Project Data
ZEN processes information contained within Autodesk Revit models and Autodesk Construction Cloud projects.
Examples include:
- Model GUIDs
- Project GUIDs
- Cloud Region information
- Link relationships
- CSV and Excel governance files
- Schedule information
- QA/QC information
- Project metadata
This information remains under the control of the customer. TIVERIT does not receive or store this information unless it is voluntarily provided during technical support.
4. Governance Files and Local Data
ZEN stores governance information in customer-managed CSV and Excel files. ZEN also writes output files (CSV and Excel reports, PDFs, run logs) and a small settings file to locations on the user's computer or network chosen by the user. These files remain under the customer's control and are not transmitted to TIVERIT.
5. Autodesk Construction Cloud and APS Credentials
ZEN communicates only with Autodesk Platform Services (APS), using Autodesk-supported APIs and OAuth authentication. Cloud features use the customer's own APS application: the Client ID and Client Secret entered in ZEN's APS Settings are stored locally on the user's computer, in the user's Windows profile, and are sent only to Autodesk's authentication service to obtain access tokens. They are never transmitted to TIVERIT. TIVERIT does not collect or store Autodesk account passwords. Customers should protect access to their Windows profile and can remove the stored credentials at any time with the Clear button in ZEN's APS Settings.
6. Technical Support
When requesting technical support, users may voluntarily provide log files, screenshots, Revit models, sample projects, and email correspondence. These materials are used solely for troubleshooting and customer support and are not shared with third parties unless authorized by the customer.
7. Website
The TIVERIT website may collect standard website analytics, including browser type, operating system, referring pages, approximate geographic region, and visit duration. This information is used only to improve the website and understand visitor activity.
8. Cookies
The TIVERIT website may use cookies necessary for website functionality and anonymous visitor statistics. Users may disable cookies through their browser settings.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website or software may reference third-party services including Autodesk, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Platform Services, Microsoft, PayPal (if purchasing products), and YouTube (tutorial videos). These services operate under their own privacy policies.
10. Data Security
TIVERIT applies reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information received during customer support. No method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Data Retention
Support materials are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide customer support, improve software quality, or comply with legal obligations. Customers may request deletion of support materials unless retention is legally required.
12. Children's Privacy
ZEN and the TIVERIT website are intended for professional users and are not directed toward children under the age of 13.
13. International Users
TIVERIT LLC operates in the United States. Users located in other jurisdictions acknowledge that information voluntarily provided to TIVERIT may be processed in the United States.
14. AI and Customer Data
ZEN is designed to perform BIM governance locally within the customer's Autodesk environment. TIVERIT does not use customer project data to train artificial intelligence models or for any purpose other than customer-authorized technical support.
15. Changes to this Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. The most recent version will always be available on the TIVERIT website.
