Training built around the actual workflows a team needs to use — standards adoption, model review logic, collaboration rules, and tailored digital delivery procedures specific to the project.
BIM leadership & project manager training
Focused on how BIM projects are guided, structured, reviewed, and stabilised — covering governance awareness, delivery readiness, coordination logic, team roles, and the conditions required for reliable outcomes. Leadership is navigation: defining the destination, the route, the delivery conditions, and the expected state of the project on arrival.

Where relevant, training can include support in ACC / Forma-based workflows and ZEN-enabled project operations. ZEN is TIVERIT's proprietary Revit add-in for Autodesk Construction Cloud, built to automate batch cloud linking without Desktop Connector — providing a strong basis for advanced enablement around real cloud-based delivery systems.
