TIVERIT LLC · Product Overview
ZEN turns BIM standards into executable project controls.
ZEN is a TIVERIT product for BIM managers, digital delivery leads, owners, and AEC teams managing ACC-hosted Revit federations.
Product statement
The BIM standard is often clear. The execution is where projects drift.
Worksets are defined. Link strategy is clear. Model structures are documented. But once projects move across distributed teams and dozens of cloud models, execution becomes manual, repetitive, and hard to verify.
Core capabilities
A governance execution layer for Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Cloud model access by GUID
Operate on ACC-hosted Revit models using region, project GUID, and model GUID logic.
Governed model registry
Maintain a structured list of project models and use it as the basis for batch operations.
Cloud Link Matrix
Define host-to-link relationships, worksets, room bounding, shared coordinates, and link behavior.
Cloud link creation and repair
Create, repair, and normalize cloud links across a federation without opening each model manually.
Workset governance
Reduce link drift by enforcing model setup behavior from a defined governing source.
Audit output per model
Generate evidence of what was processed, corrected, skipped, or flagged for review.
Measured scale
Federation linking grows fast. Manual execution does not scale with it.
A 30-model federation can require 870 link relationships. An 80-model federation can require 6,320. ZEN has processed cloud link operations across multiple test sets at approximately 5–6 seconds per link.
| Federation Size | Link Relationships | ZEN Runtime | Manual Estimate | Estimated Time Saved |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 30 models | 870 links | ~1.2–1.5 hours | ~29–72 hours | ~28–71 hours |
| 80 models | 6,320 links | ~8.8–10.5 hours | ~211–527 hours | ~200–516 hours |
Manual estimates assume 2–5 minutes per link for creation, repair, validation, workset checking, and coordination follow-up. Actual values vary by project conditions.
Operational value
ZEN converts repeated BIM coordination labor into governed batch execution.
One large federation run
200–500 manual hours potentially avoidedLabor value per run
$12k–$30k at a conservative $60/hour benchmarkAnnual value on one project
$144k–$360k for monthly governance runs on one large federationLicensing model
ZEN is licensed at project and portfolio scale.
ZEN is not priced as a single-user productivity plug-in. The value is created at federation scale, where BIM governance becomes repeatable across many ACC-hosted Revit models.
