For a while, this website has been quiet — but the work behind it has continued to evolve.
TIVERIT LLC is entering a new phase. What began as a broader BIM services offering is now being reshaped into a more focused practice centered on BIM project governance, clarity, standards, automation, and digital delivery strategy.
As project environments become more complex, the industry needs more than software and effort alone. It needs structure, standards, aligned roles, reliable information flows, and leadership that can guide delivery with clarity. That direction closely reflects the Lighthouse view that successful projects depend on navigation and on the strength of the vessel carrying the work.
This is the foundation of TIVERIT’s renewed focus:

• BIM management
• project setup and maintenance
• BIM standards and ISO 19650-oriented structuring
• training and enablement
• automation and custom development

That direction is already visible in developments such as ZEN, TIVERIT’s proprietary Revit add-in for Autodesk Construction Cloud, created to automate batch cloud linking and related project-scale BIM operations. It is also part of a wider move toward systems thinking and framework development, including 3XFF, a proprietary structural analysis framework currently under active development.
TIVERIT is not returning as the same company it was before.
It is moving forward with a clearer purpose: helping organizations build BIM project governance and clarity in times of complexity.
